PAKS is devastated by this news. Our little Hailey fell ill with Parvo and quickly slipped through our hands to heaven.  We are all very saddened by her passing and pray each night that our little girl has made it a big field of green grass to play in.

She was only in our family for a very short time but touched her foster homes heart greatly.  She was one in a million and will be missed greatly.

Love you sweety, be a good girl and watch over all the pups that have passed before you.

Hailey was seized by the Alberta SPCA and given to PAKS.  She is on the skinny side but nothing some love and good food won't fix.

She is one special little girl and from what we have seen so far is in love with people.  Sh would like nothing more than to snuggle or go for a nice long walk where she can strech her little itty bitty legs.

She is still new to PAKS so stay tuned for updates.

PAKS does what it can to make sure that every dog is matched properly in a new home.  Sometimes we do not know what a dog will do when put in a home until they get there.  This was the case for Miles.  The family was a great family but Miles was not the right fit.

So PAKS Welcomes Back Miles.

Miles is an active boy and loves to play with bigger dogs, male or female as long as he has an active buddy Miles is a happy dog.

Having possible Spaniel and or Terrier in him Miles is active and loves to run.  He needs to have his daily exercise with an evenly matched playmate.

His ideal new home is someone that can and will go on daily runs and have bonding time with him.  He is a snuggle bug and likes a nice lap to curl up with.

We know Miles has a perfect family waiting for him it is just a matter of time.

The Littlest Hobo Has Nothing On Me

I can bark at the moon, but I prefer to sing in the sunshine!

Echo

Breed:

 PB Husky

Age:

 6 years

Gender:

 Neutered Male

Size:

Medium (currently is 90lbs but is going on a diet)

Activity Level:

  Active

Temperament:

 Happy

Other:  As with most Husky dogs, Echo is an active boy, and would like nothing better than to run around all day.  Sadly his family can no longer give him the time he needs. They realize that it is best if PAKS can try and find him a new home.  PAKS commends people like Echo's family and others like them who realize what is Best for the dog despite how much they love their pets.  Sometimes it is a hard decision but one that needs to be made!

Echo is a full grown Husky.  He is house trained, neutered and vaccinated.  He is a good boy and has been around children but older kids would be best.  He has also been in a home with cats.  He did like to give chase out of fun.

PAKS is trying hard to find Echo a new home that can run with him and give him the best home possible!

Please contact PAKS by email at pa_k9@yahoo.ca for more info or an application for Echo.

Please contact PAKS at 780-222-7259 or by emailing us at pa_k9@yahoo.ca.
